1. Demo Call Agreement
1.1 Purpose
You are requesting a demonstration call from PlaceOrder.ai ("we," "us," or "our") to experience our AI-powered order-taking assistant. This demo is provided for evaluation purposes only.
1.2 Demo Details
- The demo call will last approximately 2 minutes
- Our AI assistant will call the phone number you provide
- You may place a sample order during the call to test the system
- The demo simulates how our AI would handle customer orders for your restaurant
2. Information Collection & Use
2.1 Information We Collect
By submitting the demo request form, you provide us with: Your menu/website URL, Your restaurant name, Your phone number.
2.2 Website Analysis
We will access and analyze the website URL you provide to understand your business, menu offerings, pricing, and other relevant information necessary to conduct the demo call.
2.3 Phone Number Usage
Your phone number will be used for: Immediate Demo Purposes (placing the call, sending SMS confirmations) and Future Communications (marketing, updates, feedback).
3. Consent to Contact
3.1 Telephone Calls
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls from PlaceOrder.ai, including automated calls and calls from our AI assistant.
3.2 Text Messages
You consent to receive SMS text messages from PlaceOrder.ai, including order confirmations and marketing messages.
3.3 Frequency
The frequency of marketing communications may vary.
3.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Marketing Communications

By accepting these terms, you explicitly consent to receive marketing communications.
